Repair Cafe
The Repair Cafe takes place at the Harting Club, Church Lane, South Harting. Doors open at 10.00am and close at 12.30pm.
There is a team of repairers who will turn their hand to most things - from electrics to wood, from garden tools to childrens toys. There is also a bench of sewers, who will darn and mend - but no zips please, they take too long!
We do not charge for the repairs - but if your item is successfully repaired we do ask for a small donation. This will ensure the future of our village Repair Cafe.
Teas, coffees and home made cakes are also always available so even if you have nothing to repair come down and enjoy the friendly atmosphere. You will always be assured a warm welcome!

October Extravaganza & Repair Cafe
For this month only the Repair Cafe moves to Harting Village Hall, Tipper Lane and will incoroprate the October Extravaganza.
This is a new event, organised by Harting CAN where different clubs, groups and societies from our villages will be selling nearly new and preloved items for a bargain price. So far we have the Harting Horticutural Society selling all things gardening - from books, to outdoor plant pots, from second hand tools to seeds.
Harting Pre School, Harting Primary School and Diggers are all taking a table, and there’s space for plenty more.
Tables cost £10.00 which will go towards the cost of the hall. Proceeds from your table go to your group.
So as well as being able to get all those small items repaired, you can browse the stalls and enjoy delicious home made cakes, teas and coffees. Free to entrer!
If you would like to take a table please contact Sarah Green sarahja.green@gmail.com
